This weekend is fun by the Folk Group for all members and friends.
We take over the spacious ballroom in the hotel for dancing each evening, daytime workshops for dancing, singing and coffee/tea breaks morning and afternoon.
In other areas of the hotel, we also have workshops for music and individual instruments, as well as crafts. All these workshops depend on volunteers from guests attending.
We are pleased to welcome unexpected ideas. For example, in 2026 an offer to run a relaxation workshop was well received.
There is a lot happening in Eastbourne itself, including a vibrant town centre and regular buses along the seafront to Hastings and Brighton.
If you have not joined us before, I would be happy to email a copy of a previous Programme to give you an idea of how the weekend runs.
There is no pressure to take part in anything. If you prefer to stroll along the promenade or explore the area, that’s fine.
